YEP Role

At Resilience, an international network organization that carries out research and consultancy projects in emerging markets, Titus will focus on stimulating energy efficiencies within (agro)logistics chains in Ethiopia. Resilience aims to stimulate sustainable energy practices in (agro)logistics supply chains by facilitating knowledge transfer and the adoption of technologies that contribute to sector development. An emphasis will be applied on the digitalisation of the sector and how that can enhance energy efficiency. His tasks will include identifying (energy related) bottlenecks and find/implement (digital) solutions. This includes identifying business opportunities for the private sector that will contribute to the overall sector development.

Skills

Titus has a background in International Economics and Human Geography, with a focus on economic geography in Sub-Saharan Africa. He is a pragmatic problem solver with strong research capabilities. Titus is a team player that always looks for ways to motivate and collaborate. With many personal and professional experiences abroad, he is has developed strong intercultural communication skills.
