Experience before YEP
I worked as a production supervisor in a fruit drying company for one year. There, I was in charge of ensuring that production targets were met, and ensuring that good manufacturing practices were observed during food handling operation.
I also worked in a fish processing for a month, and I was an in process quality control officer ensuring that fish of the acceptable quality was packed for export.
