YEP Role

I worked with Connect International as a Technical Programme Officer for Mzuzu SMART Centre. I was working on a project which was aimed at expanding the use of low-cost WASH techniques through the training of local contractors and entrepreneurs on the technologies and how to market them. Through the monitoring of previously installed technologies at the SMART Centre, we were striving to see how the technologies can be improved further. As a Young Expert, my role involved project planning, monitoring and evaluation, facilitating workshops and trainings and quality assurance.
