YEP Role

Role: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) specialist

As Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) specialist for the Resiliência Moçambique lda project, I support project implementation and, as a result, lead to improved project outcomes. I am be involved in practically all activities within the project. Through a participatory impact pathway analysis, I engage stakeholders in a structured participatory process, promoting learning and providing a framework for ‘action-research’ on processes of change to achieve the planned ‘end of project’ outcomes.

  • May 2021 -present: Monitoring and Evaluation Especialist at Resiliência Moçambique
  • 2020: International digital Internship at Sonae and Jerónimo Martins
  • October 2018-February 2019: Agronomist Intern at Mozambique Cotton Institute.
  • 2066: Researcher at Eduardo Mondlane University/ Ministry of agriculture and food security (MASA). Project to assess the availability of food and eating habits in the districts of the provinces of Gaza and Inhambane.
