YEP Role

Resilience is an international network organisation that carries out research and consultancy projects in emerging markets. Moreover, the company initiates and invests in social enterprises to develop market-based solutions for pressing issues. As a consultant at Resilience and the local subsidiary of Resilience in Ethiopia and Uganda, Yanna is involved in a variety of projects, including market research, proposal writing, and business development for agribusinesses. Yanna will particularly focus on business development in the potato sector in Uganda.

Skills

Yanna has a background in Economics with a special focus on development economics. She has a strong affinity for business development and an entrepreneurial mindset. Yanna is a team player with initiative and flexibility, she is observant, reliable, and sensitive to people around her.
