I work as a Project manager for Resilience B.V for the TRAIDE Program in Ethiopia. This includes managing the front office services by providing guidance and practical support to Dutch companies by coordinating with internal and external actors.

Experience before YEP

Worked for the Ethiopian-Netherlands Business Association (ENLBA). The association lobby and advocates for Dutch companies that are active in Ethiopia. I was responsible for the day-to-day activates of the association. This includes organizing networking programs for members and representing the association on different platforms.
