YEP Role
Afghanistan is a country having a great shortage of electricity, I have decided to work in field of Renewable Energy. Solar PV system has a greater application in all over Afghanistan and my main area of working is solar energy.
Within YEP, I am strengthening following fields of my carrier:

- Mega projects and programs management skills
- Conflict and issue management skills

- Renewable Energy especially designing solar PV systems from Kilo Watt capacity to Megawatts.
- Project Management Professional -1 certify
- Solar PV energy certified
- Engineering software for infrastructure and energy certified
- Infrastructure work experience in field such as school building designs, basic health clinic designs, clean water system designs, protection and retaining wall designs and rural canal designs with all structures

Education: Bachelor of Engineering – (Civil) and Specialized in Renewable Energy
Experience before YEP
Mercy Corps Afghanistan (MCA): from Assistant Engineer to Program Manager. Responsibilities:
- Developing budgets as per the program requirements and projects expenses
- Organizing program activities in accordance with the Solar PV projects requirement
- Programs risk analysis and team capacity building and brainstorming
- Team to field and field to team strategy implementation under Renewable Energy programs
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle of program
- Meetings with different stakeholders such as Government bodies and external donors who are working in the field of Renewable Energy and Infrastructure projects
- Strengthening Renewable Energy team communication with other programs and departments
