As a BAE my purpose is to grow businesses to economic sustainability for social impact by organizing and providing Business Development Support to identified Truvalu Companies in Kenya. My role includes Scouting and Assessment, Business Acceleration, and Monitoring amongst others.

Experience before YEP

As a management consultant, I have handled a portfolio of companies with revenues ranging from KES 1million to KES 50 Million per month and an employee range of 12 to 800 personnel.

Key responsibilities and achievements

• Strategic Plan development and implementation
• Develop financial projections for clients by creating fiscal budgets, cash flow projections, identifying economic and industry trends as well as customer demands
• Financial review and recommendations to improve financial reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Financial modeling and company valuation by performing ratio analysis
• Streamlining Business Processes
• Organization structure development
• Operational modeling to help identify gaps in production and cure/eliminate bottlenecks
• Developing and implementing performance management tools such as Key Performance Indicators (KPI), to help improve both individual and company performance
