YEP Role
Hydrogeologist at Aquaquest limited, a water supply consultancy company in Zambia. Aquaquest Ltd. – part of the WE Group – is a water supply consultancy active in East and Southern Africa. The company provides professional cost effective assistance to farmers, mining companies and housing projects without access to surface water by providing hydrogeological assessments and geophysical field surveys by supervising borehole drilling, development of sustainable wells and advising on water management and its strategies. My main duties include but are not limited to:
- Groundwater assessment and monitoring
- Geophysical field surveys
- Hydraulic borehole tests
- Supervision of borehole drilling and development
- Borehole assessments
- Analysis of data in QGIS and report writing

- February 2019 - June 2019: Exploration Geologist on a regional mapping project with TGCS (Geochemical mapping)
- June 2018 - November 2018: Exploration Geologist on projects with Vikram Ltd (geochemical sampling)
