YEP Role
Water and sanitation consultant and project manager for projects in the water portfolio of Mott MacDonald in Egypt. Projects include amongst others, the Sustainable Rural Sanitation Services Programme (SRSSP), a 500 million USD dollar funded by the World Bank providing sanitation services in the Nile Delta, and the Kitchener Drain Rehabilitation programme. The Kitchener Drain programme is an €89M investment project funded by the EBRD, the project aims to reduce energy consumption and increase the use of renewable energy. It will also help improve the livelihoods of farmers in the drain catchment area and decrease pollution of the Kitchener Drain and its surroundings.
