YEP Role

Resilience is an international network organisation that carries out research and consultancy projects in emerging markets. Moreover, the company also initiates and invests in social enterprises to develop market-based solutions for pressing issues. Sander has initiated and manages the Conflict Sensitive investment (CSI) project. The project supports foreign investors to improve understanding of the local context and contribute to a stable business climate (Ethiopia and Rwanda). Moreover, Sander works on the development and expansion of the TRAIDE program. TRAIDE is a trade facilitation program that aims for inclusive and sustainable growth of the African economy, with a focus on supporting Dutch companies.

Skills

Sander works on the intersection of Trade & Aid where he develops and supports sustainable, mutually reinforcing projects. He has an affinity with business development, CSR and sustainability within the Private Sector. He has a multidisciplinary background, extensive international experience and a creative, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset. His personal goal is to learn, grow and contribute to the advancement of international business where social & environmental sustainability is a prerequisite.
