YEP Role

As the Program Coordinator at One to Watch Myanmar, I am responsible for the operational execution and coordination for a variety of business programs for local agricultural SMEs and other inclusive and impactful business. I ensure that all prerequisites of running a successful acceleration program are met, including the curriculum design and the sourcing and selection of mentors, industry experts, and entrepreneurs, coordinating and facilitating workshops, and making connections between investors and local entrepreneurs. I also work closely with local entrepreneurs to develop their business models and connect them to relevant players in the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Yangon.
