YEP Role
Working as Business Development Manager (BDM) for Truvalu.enterprises Ltd. Bangladesh which is a Dutch Business Development Company focusing on co-entrepreneuring with high potential Agro based Small Medium enterprises (SMEs). Truvalu offers Business Development Services and Investments with an aim to create social impact by positioning and integrating smallholder farmers/marginalized communities within the value chains. As the BDM, Naba is responsible for scouting suitable SMEs, identify strategic opportunities, strategise business development services, collaborate with partners in offering them and guide the entrepreneurs to scale up their businesses.
