YEP Role

During my YEP time I worked at Witteveen Bos as an Engineering consultant from the Netherland as GIS, I  focused on my job, and looked forward to have a Master Study in the next 2 years to develop my skills on Remote Sensing and GIS for Environment application.

Skills

Research skills, structured and systematic working, interdisciplinary thinking and analytical mind-set. I have good writing skills, recently I wrote a scientific article and a master thesis. I am a curious person who likes to learn new things, developing myself and help other people with the work I am doing.

 

Background

Nationality: Indonesian
Education: Bachelor degree of Marine Science with focus on Remote Sensing and GIS for Coastal Environment, Marine Science Faculty of Diponegoro University (August 2007- January 2012)

 

Experience before YEP

I worked at Witteveen Bos Indonesia on the Geographic Information System. I was also supporting the other division to do a project on Geotechnical and Watermanagement.

• Working as GIS Surveyor at Borneo Indonesia, focused on Land Clearing
• I joined a research organisation at the University called Register (Remote Sensing and GIS)  to do some projects for Deltas and coastal monitoring with Indonesia Government Institution cooperation with JAXA Japan
