Bas Agerbeek
YEP period 2018 - 2020, batch 14
YEP Role
As a Young Expert, I work on many projects in the delta of Myanmar concerning water management. My work is on one hand content oriented – I am working on projects making hydrological assessments, doing GIS analyses, modelling, performing and overseeing fieldwork, and writing reports. On the other hand, my work is network oriented – I am stationed in Yangon as we feel at Arcadis that there is a lot of potential in this region to improve sustainable water management, and I am tasked with exploring opportunities in the area.
