Business Developer at Holland Greentech Zambia

YEP Role

I am working as the Business Developer of VDS A'campo/Holland Greentech in Zambia. Holland Greentech is an integrated horticultural supplier and service provider. By providing products, training and service we are working on the next step of horticulture. My task is to start and expand the work of Holland Greentech to Zambia and set up a distributor and service office. This includes the following:

• Determine market approach and activities/actions to set-up sales and advice
• Represent and develop business via agribusiness partners, cooperatives, network activities and visiting commercial farmers
• Represent Building and managing long-term relationships with Dutch suppliers
• Setting up a professional team and working methods, setting up administration, invoicing and customer relationship
• Develop sales, advice and training
