YEP Role
Minne was working as a Consultant at MDF Training & Consultancy in Dhaka, Bangladesh. MDF. His assignment focused on establishing a water unit within MDF’s office in Bangladesh. MDF would like to move into the water sector to deliver soft-skills services, for instance capacity building and project management, to complement already available hard technical water skills in Bangladesh. MDF would like to contribute to a sustainable water sector in Bangladesh by improving people and organisations their soft skills.

Experience before YEP
Prior to joining MDF, Minne worked as a Ready-Made Garments advisor at the Netherlands Embassy in Dhaka. He assisted in management and monitoring of the ILO project on Improving Working Conditions in the garment sector. He also assisted in organizing a visit of Minister Ploumen and Minister Schultz van Haegen to Bangladesh in June 2015.
