Dairy Development manager, responsible for Dairy Development Program and Milk Procurement.

We do this by controlling our own value chain from Grass to Glass. We are a fast growing company with a strong demand driven approach to change the Kenyan dairy sector into a viable and healthy producing dairy value chain.
We partner up with farmers in order to help them improve on their farm viability with the focus on milk quality. We pay our milk suppliers for their quality with a Quality Based Payment System; we pay more for high quality milk. We are unique for having a zero tolerance policy on added inhibitors and antibiotics in milk. Milk with exceeding levels of cancerous aflatoxin or any inhibitor will be rejected.
Our Dairy Development Program support farmers with quality support, access to finance, practical training, long term partnerships and an increase of milk production and farm profitability.
