My responsibilities included offering trainings and technical support on use of Membrane and Biosand Filters to purify drinking water. I trained sales agents on demand creation for membrane filters.
I worked also in collaboration with Center for Affordable Water and Sanitation Technologies (CAWST) International Technical Advisor to Africa to offer trainings and Technical Support to organizations.
Industrial attachment
I worked with government health centres as an intern. My main interest was on disease epidemiology especially water related diseases as they pose a major burden to many parts within Kenya. I participated in community sensitization programmes on WASH and the impact it had on reducing disease occurrence.
