YEP Role

As a YEP Young Water Expert, I am working as an assistant project manager on Integrated Ayeyawaddy Delta Strategy (IADS) Project. I am assigned to assist in linking the communication between Myanmar Government IADS Working Groups (WGs) and Dutch Experts. Since capacity building is one of the key elements of IADS project, I am also nominated to assist in helping out Myanmar Working Group Colleagues to manage the future projects and challenges themselves learning by doing. Furthermore, sharing knowledge from my experiences and learning from colleagues vice versa, in addition, motivating Myanmar colleagues to participate enthusiastically in the project are also my other parts of learning by doing challenges. Regarding to this project, I play in the new striking role, an active local youngster expert, who is willing to gain more experiences and communication skills through aggregate challenges.
