MDF provides training and consultancy to a wide range of organizations. Here in Accra, my fellow YEP-ers and I set up an Inclusive Agribusiness Center to provide support and capacity building to agribusinesses within the agricultural value chain by working on their business models and value proposition. With this we will develop an action plan for their implementation to achieve either improved operational capacity, access to new markets or finance. My role as business development is to provide a support structure network for the businesses within the programme.

I run an organization focused on providing tertiary students with capacity building and knowledge gap bridging. I run several programmes such as ‘’the Investment Sense Initiative’’ focused on capacity building, bridging the knowledge gap between the youth and the financial investment sector. The initiative brought together renowned investment firms in Ghana together with students to explore the benefits and opportunities associated with financial investments, entrepreneurship and financial wisdom. The goal was to challenge the youth to become more financially active and entrepreneurial as a means to wealth creation and poverty reduction.
