Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Lead at IPE Global Limited, Bangladesh
YEP Role
As the “Quality Management & Sustainability Coordinator”, I ensure the quality and safety of the products produced as well as ensure the sustainability objectives of the company are met. I work towards building the organization’s overall Sustainability Strategy. I’m taking a lead in setting up the quality management system, which will allow the organization to ensure small-holder suppliers of fruit and vegetables follow improved, efficient and safe food production techniques. This will make it possible to maximize gains for all parties, including the small-holder producers of the company. The development of the sustainability strategy is also related to the development of agriculture and how smallholders can be included in sustainable, professional agricultural sector.
