YEP Role
As a Young Water Expert and Project Officer, I cooperated with partners and users Akvo tools in West Africa particularly in Mali. In the team Akvo Partners- West Africa I used my experience in the field of WASH and my knowledge of some Malian’s areas. I provided support during and after the introduction of tools in developing training programs.

Nationality: Malian
Education: 2005-2009: Master's degree in geography (Faculty of letters, languages, Arts, and social sciences (FLASH), University of Bamako-Mali. 2010-2012: Professional Master of geography and History (Normal High Academy of Bamako, Mali)
Experience before YEP
October 2015 to April 2016: WASH advisor at SNV-Mali. My role consisted of contributing to the training and capacity building of government officials in the water sector; assisting in building a database on water quality and helping to update the status of modern water points of Mali.
March 2014 to September 2015: Project Assistant, Chief of antenna at Conseil Eau & Environnement Assistance, CEEA (Council - Water &Environmental Assistance), in Koulikoro Mali. In this position, I gave water policy tranings to water management committees, and also oversaw and supervised WASH activities in our target areas.
