Agricultural Project Manager at Resiliencia Moçambique Lda.
My tasks included: GIS & Remote Sensing, data collection, analysing, reporting, networking, and planning.

 

The project I mainly worked on is called: Unravelling the potential of farmer led irrigation development in the BAGC (Beira Agricultural Growth Corridor), Mozambique.

Experience before YEP

I worked as Environmental officer at Portucel Moçambique in Mozambique for two years. During my time their I followed two traineeship in South Africa, which gave me the opportunity to work on different segments:

• Wetlands Management (by New Generation Plantation [NGP] platform. WWF International): Buffering, Good Practices, Select activities, sustainable water uses and water protection
• Stakeholder Engagement and Improving Company - Community relations (by IFC - World Bank Group): Sustainability on Management of Community's Natural Resources; Participatory Rural Appraisal, Land Acquisition Policy, Social License of Operation
