Project coordinator WASH-IAD at Woord & Daad, the Netherlands
YEP Role
As a Young Expert Junior Programme Manager I was involved in the WASH programmes of ZOA in the Middle East region, in particular focusing on Yemen. My main role was to oversee the ongoing programmes, supporting the daily activities and managing the local team.

Experience before YEP
Traineeship at ZOA, Amman, Jordan: Leading ZOA’s Jordan Urban Pilot Project. A research project focused on Syrian refugees in the Jordanian urban setting. This involved training of volunteers, inverviewing Syrian families, data collection and data analysis.
Self-employed architect at 3BM: During my master and after graduation I worked as a self-employed architect in cooperation with other architects and engineers. I have been involved in small-scale residential project up to large industrial works. I have been responsible for the design and supervision of several projects, and have been involved from the early stage of visualizations up to developing technical drawings and applying for building permits.
