Experience before YEP
I served as National Debate Coordinator at Debate Ghana Association by providing direct grant/program management support and oversight to programs and debate projects. I was also involved in youth development and capacity building particularly through training and coaching. Thus, empowering young people to participate in local and international debate competitions and also contribute to national issues.
Additionally, I worked as the Director for Center for Climate Change Education Research and Development. I was involved in implementing a project that focused on exploring and using African oral tradition to communicate climate change and other environmental issues. This served as a good example to help bridge the gap between the science of climate change and the public.
