Business Developer at Holland Green Tech, Uganda

YEP Role

I worked as a Business Developer of VDS A'campo/Holland GreenTech in Uganda. Holland GreenTech is an integrated one-stop-shop horticultural supplier and service provider. By providing products, training and service we are working on the next step of horticulture. My task is to start and develop a new healthy commercial distributor office. Which included:

• Building and managing long-term relationships with Dutch suppliers
• Determine market approach and activities/actions to set-up sales and advice
• Represent and develop business via agribusiness partners, cooperatives, network activities and visiting commercial farmers
• Setting up a professional way of working, setting up administration, invoicing, customer relationship
• Develop sales and advice via direct farmers advice, demonstrations and demo days
